Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT is centered on accepting what cannot be controlled while committing to values-driven actions. This approach encourages psychological flexibility, helping you align your actions with your core beliefs and values. Together, we’ll explore ways to handle difficult emotions with acceptance rather than resistance, freeing up energy to pursue what truly matters to you, even in the face of life’s inevitable challenges.

Mindfulness
